How we use it
Only to reply to enquiries, scope and deliver work, review writer applications and run The Grid. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Confidentiality
Briefs, drafts and embargoed material are treated as confidential, never pasted into public AI tools and never used to train any model.
Storage & security
Data is held with encrypted connections and access is limited to GhostNode PR staff who need it. Uploaded writer images are stored privately and served through expiring links.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ghostnodepr.com. Writers can edit or remove their samples from their portal.
