Terms of Service

Ownership

On full payment of the invoice, all rights in commissioned work transfer to the client. Work is white-label: we never claim authorship or disclose our involvement.

Confidentiality

Everything shared with us is confidential. We never use client material to train or prompt public AI models.

Mutual NDA

Every engagement is covered by our standard mutual NDA, signed before any brief details are shared. It covers: (1) the scope of confidential information, including the fact of our involvement; (2) use only for delivering the engagement; (3) confidentiality obligations flowing down to every assigned writer; (4) no use of client material with public AI models; (5) return or deletion of materials on request; and (6) a two-year term, governed by the laws of England and Wales. Clients may supply their own NDA for review instead. The full agreement is at ghostnodepr.com/nda.

Engagements

Scope, fees, deadlines and revision rounds are agreed in writing before work begins. Paid pilots carry no long-term commitment.

The Grid

Writer profiles are reviewed before going live. Writers must own or have permission to show every sample they post. We may remove any profile or sample at our discretion.

Writer status

Writers on The Grid are independent self-employed contractors (or their own limited companies), not employees or workers of GhostNode PR Ltd. Listing a profile creates no employment relationship and no obligation on either side to offer or accept work. Each assignment is agreed separately, case by case.

Contractor terms

Writers decide how, when and where they work, may send a suitably qualified substitute with our agreement, and are free to work for other clients. There is no entitlement to holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions or minimum hours. Writers are responsible for their own Income Tax, National Insurance and VAT (where registered) with HMRC, and invoice GhostNode PR Ltd for completed work.

Liability

We take care to verify facts, but final approval and publication decisions rest with the client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
