About
I've worked for Cointelegraph, Coindesk, Decrypt, and many other crypto/blockchain outlets. During my time with Cointelegraph I wrote an interview piece with Escobar Inc. (yes, those Escobars), where they claimed to know the true identity of Satoshi Nakamoto. The piece got 300,000 views in one day, and is still one of the most-read pieces on the site. I've also written for the London Evening Times. This was during the London Blockchain Conference in 2023, where I produced event previews and conducted interviews with speakers, while also explaining technical concepts for a general readership. I spent two years working for CryptoLandPR, where I produced delicately crafted email pitches (with much success), wrote blog posts and press releases, and created thought-leadership articles for the CEO's of major Web3 companies, such as Polygon, Polkadot, WAX, and others. During my time here, I had to communicate extremely technical concepts, such as auto-rebasing, elastic, algorithmically adjusted stable-coins, to a general audience. Recently I worked for Chiliz/Socios, the creators of Fan Tokens, where I started off as a mere fly-by-night freelancer, and was quickly moved into a leadership position which put me in charge of the project's newsroom. I had to interact with a wide range of people working in a variety of positions, and it gave me the experience I needed to eventually become an editor one day (I'm still under 40).
